Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Booking Policy — Effective August 1, 2025 To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows may also be charged a $25 fee. Clients must provide safe, unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. Pets should be secured and valuables stored away. We do not move heavy furniture (items over 25 lbs.), and we do not perform pest control, biohazard remediation, or structural repairs.
