1. Scope of Services

A New View Cleaning Service LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined in each client’s service agreement. We do not provide pest control, biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, or heavy lifting (items over 25 lbs.).

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the property during scheduled service times. Pets should be secured, and valuables should be stored away. If we are unable to access the property or perform services due to unsafe or unclean working conditions, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our team uses professional-grade cleaning supplies. If you or someone in the household has allergies or sensitivities, please notify us in advance. A New View Cleaning Service LLC is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from our products unless previously disclosed.

4. Damage & Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property, A New View Cleaning Service LLC is not responsible for damage to pre-existing broken items, improperly secured furnishings, or damage resulting from normal cleaning procedures (ex: wear and tear or fragile surfaces).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. Requests made beyond 24 hours may be subject to regular service rates.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or reschedules. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe working conditions, harassment of staff, or if a property falls outside our service scope. 8. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 10% fee after 7 days past the invoice due date.
